PRODCT FUNCTIONS
This model was designed, developed and trial manufactured
by us, One equipment has two functions, when it can
change mould, it not only can do aluminium-aluminium,
but also can do aluminium moulded. Which was an improved
product and a renew packing device in the new century.
It was suitable for finished products’ mildewprof,
dampproof and keeping-fresh pakage for pharmaceutical
industry, food industry and hospital etc.
Adopt maniputator gripper feed structure, stable and
accurate straight to-and-fro running, which make it
adjustable of travel and alterable of plating measure.
Positive pressure and froth to from moulding, automatic
fill finished products. Tangential impress, edgeless
blanking and devontaminating operation.
Adopt foreign transducer to improve working efficiency.
Mould was located by locating pin which contributes
to accurate registrating printing plate and make it
easy to change plate.
